Awesome! You're ready to do this and feel better.  One step in the right direction is really all it takes to get the momentum going. You can be assured that Bob will help you with the rest. Let's go!

 

All new clients will meet with Bob for an initial assessment to discuss your fitness and wellness goals along with any medical needs. From there, you'll make a game plan based on mutual schedules, what gym you prefer to use, frequency of workouts and any other important details. Be sure to check out the frequently asked questions (FAQs) to think about some of the logistics before getting in touch.

Payment options can be made with check or good ol' fashioned greenbacks (exact change is appreciated). Thank you for handling payment before your workout begins so your time can be spent feeling better instead of scrambling for your checkbook. Pre-payment is required for all services. Initial Assessment

Bob will take his time to get to know you and what goals you want to achieve. Assessing your current strength, cardiovascular and flexibility is key to a healthy and safe start-up. This is a great time to nail down logistics and scheduling.

Month-to-Month Plan

Sometimes life is hectic and unpredictable. This plan accommodates a shorter time frame if 3 months is too much of a commitment. Rates are for individuals, but small groups could be arranged (contact Bob to if interested). Maximum of 12 sessions in one month.

3-Month Package - Solo

Results take investment and time. Three months is a perfect time frame to create new habits. Max of 24 sessions. Includes an initial evaluation, goal setting, copies of workouts to continue at home, minimum 14 different workouts. Must be used in the 3-month time frame. No carry-over or transfers.

Small Group Workouts

Workouts designed for 2 to 5 clients with similar goals and abilities. Includes an initial evaluation, goal setting, copies of workouts to continue at home, 8 varied workouts. Minimum 12 session commitment. *Rates for 2 to 3 clients = $30 a session per person. Rates for 4 to 5 clients = $25 a session per person.

12-Month Package - Solo

You're gonna love working out with Bob. This package gets you first priority with scheduling and is billed in 3-month increments to make things a bit easier on your wallet. Max of 24 sessions per quarter. No carry-over or transfers.If you pay 12 months in full up front each session is only $40*.

DIY Training Plans

Maybe you travel in the summer and can't make it to the gym or you don't need the extra motivational support. Keep the momentum going and let Bob create a custom training plan for you based on health history, past injuries, strength and weaknesses, exercise history and personal goals. Bob won't be there in person, but he'll make the perfect plan for you!

Maybe you're feeling a little shy about getting to the gym? It's cool. 

Perhaps you want to breath outdoors and workout at the local park?
