Meet Bob Kirchner. He believes that fitness makes life better overall — not only for the body, but also the brain and the spirit. Bob is a personal trainer and also trained in wellness coaching.

 

That means he'll guide you to improve your workouts and also target ways to improve your nutrition and lifestyle to make lasting changes. He does this by working collaboratively with you to set small, achievable goals.  When improvements and new routines are formed, he'll help you move on to the next goal with each habit building upon the last. Over time, these habits become a new lifestyle. 

 

Bob's unique approach helps to keep you accountable and on track when life gets in the way. His ultimate goal is to give you the skills and confidence to achieve additional results on your own.

I want my clients to gain an improved sense of self after working with me. It brings me joy to see individuals grow more confident and achieve things they didn't think were possible. Whether that's running a race, trying a new hobby, creating new relationships or simply trying on a new hairstyle!
